Whole thing only lasted 30 minutes, 5-10 minutes of laying on a heat pad and 20 minutes of actual work… everything done was with the sole of his foot using intense pressure in areas on my chest and shoulders while I moved my arms to work out knots. $80 I think is a bit over priced – but my posture did improve some and I feel a little better than when I went in so at least there’s that. Just not what I was expecting.

Not only did she deliver an exceptional massage, she was also polite and courteous before, during, and after my massage. She blessed me with her time, and I was very thankful to book a session with her.
The 4 rating is because of Anchorage’s Massage Envy scheduling issues. I had multiple sessions canceled and rescheduled before finally having my session with Allishia. What made it extra challenging was that they are booked out several weeks in advance. The manager was very accommodating, however, and honored my hours. It was just challenging to successfully book an appointment with the spa. I’d totally recommend Allishia to anyone interested, and I hope you have a better scheduling experience than I did.

Review by Rachel goldberg-pride – I went in to get my neck rubbed, when I went in they told me to get on the table he didn’t even ask what I wanted. Then I asked for a 20 minute massage, he said something to the other guy in chinese( or which ever language it was) I thought that was rude. There was not much communication but that wasn’t the worst part. He was so rough with me I got a bruise on my lower back where he “roughed me up” the most. My back hurt even more the next day. That massage was so painful and all I wanted was a short neck rub, I can’t believe I tipped him. Worst massage ever , it was so painful.
